To use: simply place the toothpaste tablet in your mouth and crush the tablet with your teeth. Then wait for the effervescent fizzing and foaming — it’s time to brush your teeth! For the best plastic free toothbrushing experience, wet your bamboo toothbrush while crushing and brush as normal.

How do you use toothpaste tablets?

Toothpaste tablets are used just like regular toothpaste, without the plastic! Just add a tablet to your mouth before brushing (or two if you like a more foam) and crush the tablet with your teeth. The tablets are the size of a regular pill and have a minty taste. When you crush the tablet it will start to pop and sizzle in your mouth, it’s then time to brush your teeth. You do this as you usually would with regular toothpaste.

Rinse and repeat in the evening!
