Are all items in store 100% Plastic Free?

At EORTH we don’t believe single use plastic packaging is an environmentally-friendly option, and as such the products we stock are contained in glass, cardboard or metal.

While EORTH strives to be 100% Plastic Free some stickers, tamper proof security seals or biodegradable plastics from our suppliers may be present in some of the products we supply. These are found in our Low Impact product selection.

Low Impact items include products such as bamboo toothbrushes which contain nylon bristles. We believe these are a more environmentally friendly option than plastic toothbrushes.

What materials are used for packaging?

We ship in cardboard boxes. To protect the precious cargo we use wood wool — shredded wood that is compostable.

Our branded stickers and business cards are printed on recycled paper with vegetable based inks that are safe to compost.

Shipping notes are printed on recycled paper.

What are EORTH's office environmental practices?

EORTH's business cards and stickers used for branding our delivery boxes are made from recycled paper, and the inks are safe for composting.

Our shipping order notes are printed on recycled paper.

Our parcels are delivered by Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral company.

Our website is hosted with GreenGeeks, an industry leader in eco-friendly website hosting.

We compost all food scraps and other compostable items in our office environment.

What should I do with the Wood Wool that comes delivered with my package?

The wood wool used for keeping your products safe during delivery is 100% natural, biodegradable and compostable. It is made from wood shavings.

Don't have a compost bin? You can place the wood wool in your garden, around your favourite plant.

Don't have a garden? The wood wool makes a lovely decoration in your household plants. Repurpose it with your the next gift you give, or it makes great material for starting a fire.

What are your delivery costs?

Our Australia-wide flat rate shipping is $12 per order. All orders over $100 are free shipping.

All orders are delivered "Authority to Leave" unless otherwise noted in the comments section at checkout. Any special delivery instructions can also be added in this area.

What is your delivery time?

Orders placed will be sent for delivery the following day.

Depending on your location you should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Our orders are sent with tracking numbers so you can track expected arrival times for your order.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Please contact EORTH at [email protected] to notify us of late delivery, incorrect orders or damaged items.

If your order has been lost in transit an investigation with the delivery company will need to be conducted before we can send replacement items. This may take an additional week to rectify.

If you receive damaged products (due to packaging or incorrect courier handling) an investigation with the delivery company will need to be conducted before we can send replacement items. This may take an additional week to rectify.

If you have received an incorrect or missing product, the product will be sent according to our discretion following our investigations.

Do you ship internationally?

Our online ordering system does not currently process orders for overseas shipping.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Our online ordering system does not currently allow for shipments to PO Boxes.

Do any of your products contain Palm Oil?

Some of the products in store contain Palm Oil and are marked as such.

We only stock Palm Oil products that are listed with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

What if I'm not happy with the product I purchased?

If you are not happy with any of the products you have purchased, or you have received damaged goods, please contact us so we can determine the best method to rectify the problem.

Product returns are shipped at the customers expense.

What payment methods do you accept?
